At our website your complete satisfaction is our top priority for long-term business between us, we offer the return instruction. Before you want to return goods, please contact us via email to discuss the problem you are having first.
If you want to return your items, please notify us by email or live chat firstly stating the reason and the order number for the return within 7 days of receipt. Your feedback is very important to us. Any items must be sent back complete with the original package. All packages should be sent via a tractable method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please pay attention to that the original shipping charges are non-refundable. So please contact us with all your questions and concerns before placing your order.
Within 7 days from the date you purchased, if you find the products you choose are not satisfying you in terms of color or size, we feel sorry that it won’t be exchanged. However, if it is our mistake, it can be returned and replaced under the following condition. You need to send back to us the products in original package; the products should have not been used as well.
When we receive the products sent back instantly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer the supplementary shipping cost for turning back the replaced items from us first. As soon as the payment completed, we will replace the items sent from you.
If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit or debit card for the sum paid less the postal costs. Please allow three working days from our receipt of the returned goods for a refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction has been completed. Please allow up to ten working days for the funds to reflect on your account.
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it later, please contact our customer service representative as soon as possible. We feel so sorry that we can’t cancel order when the order has been dispatched. Thank you for your understand. If you insist to cancel your order, please observe our return policy. Partial non-refundable credit card charge is deducted from the credit amount.
